Maybe you need to use another source that tracks the changes real time, one that updates prices every second.
The one you quoted had not been updated real time maybe due to US holiday.

Oil  prices jumped almost 3 per cent on Thursday as a week-old air war between Israel and Iran escalated and uncertainty about potential US involvement kept investors on edge.

Brent crude futures settled up US$2.15, or 2.8 per cent, to US$78.85 a barrel, its highest close since Jan 22.

US West Texas Intermediate crude for July was up US$2.06, or 2.7 per cent, to US$77.20 at 1330 EST (1730 GMT).
