Omicron variant also detected at Israel, Belgium and Hong Kong. Could it be the case that Covid-19 virus has mutated from the current variant in the respective countries/City & not even transmitted from South Africa? If this is the case , then it is quite serious , it will result in greater demand for ppe/gloves & its sales will goes up exponentially.
Some medical experts also raised concern that even lock down will not help, as this omicron variant is 500 times more transmissible than Delta.
