expecting cict to annouce 1st half results towards end Jul, pay out end aug or early sep.
just emerging out of covid-19, open open mix with small close of movement. so do not expect much div. but then it is getting better and better. today better then yesterday. tomorrow better then today.

Revenue & NPI all increased by 63.9% & 66.6% YOY respectively. So today surge?

Funny, how come people waiting for dividends aka dpu when there' s none. FY 2020 done on 9 March.
if you are thinking of quarterly, there' s none, because from FY 2021 CICT will make dpu distributions on a half-yearly basis instead of a quarterly basis. Vested
Until now, still no news of dividend declared. Funny...

Yeah, it fact today sg market might rebound slightly with US rally last Friday. All 3 indexes up more than 1%.

Very tempted to buy a bit, but MOH is now making special swabbing arrangements for all tenants and staff working at Whitesands Mall and Giant outlet at Blk 440 Pasir Ris.
The testing is mandatory. And is conducted today and tomorrow.

So I think I better guai guai wait for better clarity on current situation.
If they really pick up more cases from Shopping Mall, who knows, all shopping mall retails may be asked to close too.

This stock is really damn weak. Hope it drops to $1.90 next week for me to average down.
sure will support so that the offer for capland looks attractive. the higher price for cict the better the offer.
