What happen to the sale of TAT petroleum? Has an EGM been convened for this purpose? It looks like the EGM for the re-instatement of an " experienced" former director will take place first? I am no longer vested (- was only vested in the warrants previously). Would be keen to be vested again, if the sale is still on and at a suitable time later.
Does it mean more fireworks - in other words, another possible tussle for shares n votes again?

My advice is to take profit just before EGM. After EGM, show over and then price will slowly drift back to 22-24 cents.

Tomorrow SHS might have another round of movement.
I dun understand why this company especially this thomas always do this type of thing...
Or are there any other reasons behind all this?? pump and dump??

Has anybody seen the latest excitement from SHS, as is so entrenched in their culture n tradition, brewing, as per doc below? Hmmmmmmmmm! Wonder what to make of it. Have the requistioning members garnered sufficient votes already to make the requisition? Likely so, I' d think, which may explain the recent run up in px n volume. Now wld the opposing camp need to shore up their vote % to mount a fight? If so, px will rouse again. If not, will px sag? Then there' s the other EGM pertaining to the TAT transaction coming up too. Hope share will still fry. Hahaha.

REQUISITION OF AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHS HOLDINGS LTD. PURSUANT TO A LETTER DATED 19 NOVEMBER 2015
1. The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of SHS Holdings Ltd. (the " Company" ) wishes to announce that it had received a letter on 19 November 2015 (4.00 p.m.) (" Requisition Notice" ) from Ng Han Kok, Chew Hoe Soon and SBS Nominees Private Limited, who holds 38,042,526 ordinary shares of the Company on behalf of Ng Han Kok as at the date of the Requisition Notice (collectively, the " Requisitioning Members" ), requesting for the Company to convene an extraordinary general meeting (" EGM" ) pursuant to Section 176 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore (the " Act" ).
2. The object of the EGM is to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company (" Shareholders" ) for the proposed appointment of Mr. Thomas Lim Siok Kwee to be appointed as a director of the Company with effect from the date of the EGM.
3. A copy of the Requisition Notice is enclosed solely for shareholders&rsquo reference.
4. The Board has taken legal advice and has been advised that the Requisition Notice is valid.
5. Accordingly, the Company will be convening an EGM pursuant to the Requisition Notice and the EGM will be held as soon as practicable but in any case not later than two (2) months after the date of receipt of the Requisition Notice, being 19 November 2015.
6. A circular enclosing the Requisition Notice together with a notice of EGM will be despatched by the Company to Shareholders in due course.

This stock up so high already. Once support level 0.29 broke, will fall below 0.275.
If bb want to do accumulation, then bb don' t know how to do it cheaply.
BBs should dump from a high of 32 ct to 26.5 ct so that to wash away the weak holders.
Then from 26 - 26.5 accumulate again.
Did anyone notice this announcement on SGX website. Seems strange to me. Why wld the coy be bothered to expand the business it is selling? Wld someone like to help us make sense of it. Thx.
