It Is Only Wise For The Investors To Buyout Both SQMI And Wilton (5F7) To Gain Immediate Access To Both IDX & SGX And A Fully Functional Gold Mine, Ready For Production!

It Takes Minimumly 5 Years For Similar Gold Mine To Build From Scratch To Production, From Initial Exploration, Planning & Permits, Construction, To Commissioning & Production! Not To Mention The Hassle & Hustle Of Getting Public Listed, Not In One, But Two Stocks Exchange Simultaneously.

Current Investors Needs To Capitalise On Current Bullish Up-Cycle That May Continue For The Next Few Years Due To Ever Increasing Global Uncertainty!

Not Surprise SQMI Can Re-Visit IDR300+ When Production Resume & Report Back To Profitability!

Wilton Resources still owns 92.86% listed Indonesina Wilton Makur Indonesia Tbk after monetizing about 1.85% comprising 287,313,500 shares @ IDR 209 raking in proceeds of S$5.83 mil on 28 Feb 2020.
Its 92.85% stake in listed Wilton Makur is still worth a whopping S$448 mil based on clsoing price IDR 320) translating to  S$0.175  per Wilton Resrces share. (based on Wilton Resources outstanding shares of 2,561,700,000)
And these are marketable JSE listed company shares and not some unquoted securities.
Stricting on NTA play, this company is grossly undervalued. Perhaps this is the reason why Pheim Asset Management took a 125 mil placement last Oct @ $0.0261
This is pretty similar to IPS initial stage where a major positive event triggers off interests in an otherwise illquid dead stock leading to its explosive upwards moves.
First mover advantage. Your money your call :)

Wilton sold 1.85% (one point eight-five %) holdings in listed subsidiary for around S$5.9m (announced via SGX on 28 Feb 2020).

Remaining stakes = 92.86%

BTW, the sale of 1.85% stake is at Rp 209 per share.
The price for the listed subsidiary is now Rp 320 per share (see market price).

(Just sharing. Am vested)

I Had Made Several Rounds From Wilton At 16, 20, 22 & 25!

My Current Holdings Are In Fact Free From The Past Profit.

No Venture, No Gain!

Wilton Is A Victim Of Covid-19 And Suffered From Major Disruption Due To The Devastating Destruction Of La Nina. Otherwise, It Would Have Started Its Gold Productions Years Back.

Gold climbed more than 1% to above $5,370 per ounce on Monday, reaching an over one-month high as safe-haven demand intensified following joint strikes by the US and Israel on Iran over the weekend. The attacks resulted in the death of Iran&rsquo s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, escalating regional tensions and disrupting maritime traffic in the oil-rich Gulf. Iran responded with retaliatory strikes against US assets across neighboring countries, including the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq and Syria. Gold recorded its seventh straight monthly gain in February, the longest streak since 1973, driven by heightened geopolitical tensions and US President Trump&rsquo s reshaping of international relations. The rally has also been supported by strong central bank purchases and a broader investor move away from sovereign bonds and currencies.
