I believe is an all or nothing deal. If let' s say the private investor is interested, he will only buy considerable amount of shares but not just to satify the 5.5mil TJ owed. Hence, no big deal here. The case is closed, every longist is still a happy man...

I believe is an all or nothing deal. If let' s say the private investor is interested, he will only buy considerable amount of shares but not just to satify the 5.5mil TJ owed. Hence, no big deal here. The case is closed, every longist is still a happy man...

Think u have interpreted wrongly. Sold 19m shares correct but proceed how much never say. Only fact is collected the proceeds and fully settled debt owed to JL. Assume there are balance proceeds for TJ
