Doubt they are into acquisitions. More likely need more money for Vantage Bay Development in Johor. So rights certainly an option. Or others may come in to partner TM.

Price need to go down to 5 cents and then other big players will come in to offer 6.5 cents for a 20% stake, maybe.

Is high time SGX,MAS should look into it,how can they allow the owner bully the small investors. On 20 Feb, chinese newspaper already got 1/2 page write up on this matter, small investors have no say when the major share holder do it.
Take note of my black listed name :
David and his wife , from Tang dynasty treasure, do force take over on Chip Eng Seng. This couple did the same to SingHaiyi earlier also. Small investors are people like us, small income earners and yet then do it to us.
Now if Thomson Medi Peter Lim did the same, it is the most shameful matter to him, medical is profitable and not willing to part benefit to small investors!
Next time whenever you see these people owning any listed company, ask your friend to stay away from it. Only invest in the reputable counters with willing to profit sharing.

Why share price dropped, ? BB can play down and up,we small retailers only see and vote according to their wish...We can see no matter how we retailers objected some deals alway when voting 90 over percentage get through.

limited operation area, cannot do so much leh..It is actually up to the owner if he wants the share to move up ...

| good results also down, no result also status quo, if poor results no need to think, medical is a long term business, hopefully owner thinks of full diversification of medical areas eg aesthetics, GP, organs care, transplant etc to haul up the price beyond 0.20. |
