very clever kgi issue report to boost the share price for the placement

SmallSmall      ( Date: 17-Dec-2025 10:56) Posted: Placement of 10 mil shares @ $0.133 was done through KGI which was the brokerage that initiated the buy call of $0.54 Quite sure KGI placed the shares to longer term holders (unlike Hiap Seng placees who dumped the shares outright) otherwise it would be a big embaressement to the brokerage who initiated a buy call and then immediately do a  placement to casue a price crash. Placement Shares in my opinion has gone to friendly parties.
