Yes, to be in the list of 30 bluechip components, market cap must be in top 40, and also need to have liquidity too.

Dairy farm heavily depends on China tourists and shoppers.
The border depends on number of COVID cases as both act as zero tolerance.
Guess it will see some progress by mid 2022 if things goes well and stock may see some uptrend by 2nd qtr 2022, as usually stock always act before things happen.
Before that, fasten your seatbelt.
