Companies on the watch list must take active steps to satisfy the financial requirements within 36 months from the date they are placed on the watch list.
That means 1. recording a consolidated pre-tax profit for the most recently completed financial year, based on the latest full-year consolidated audited accounts, and
2. having an average daily market cap of S$40 million or more over the last six months.
Otherwise, they will be delisted from the SGX, or have their trading suspended with a view to delisting......

Sembmarine AKA SEATRIUM is TOO BIG to be ignored by any one or SGX or any fund managers ! It will and should be in the STI !!! It can easily achieve market cap of 10B and beyond within very short time !!!

The Brazilian cannot and should not every now and then dig out more when all these cases should have been closed once and for all after paying the fine last time. What type of govt that keeps going after money after already settled the case.

My only concern is if the Brazilian court case settled with big fine amount, the price will tank below the 122 Keppel distribution price.🫣 🫣 🙏 🙏

Only concern is potential overhang now if Keppel continues selling and after the 70M shares dumped yesterday, they still have > 3B left / also seems like they would be willing to divest at $0.122 which was equivalent to the price that they received the new shares for
