Seatrium is still a multi BILLION Dollar company by the way !!! Order book is still at $16.2 Billion !!! If add another $8 Billion P-84 and P-85 Petrobras FPSO, it would be $24.2 Billion order book !!! It is definitely not a " longkang" share !!! China company also cant fight it and withdrawed from Petrobras tender and left Seatrium with direct nego !!! LOL

CHANGES TO SEATRIUM BOARD COMMITTEES
Singapore, 1 March 2024 &ndash Seatrium Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo or &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce the following changes in the composition of its Board Committees with effect from 1 March 2024:

1 Ms Astrid Skarheim Onsum will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee (&ldquo ARC&rdquo ). She will step down as a member of the Transformation Committee (&ldquo TC&rdquo ).

2 Ms Mariel von Schumann will be appointed as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (&ldquo NRC&rdquo ). She will step down as a member of the TC.

Increase market interest
For projects that were granted revenue recognition in H2, Seatrium&rsquo s chief financial officer Adrian Teng said the group&rsquo s P Series Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) projects will contribute a majority of the figure. The repairs and upgrades segment also performed well, and the remaining revenue consists of the company&rsquo s green and wind projects.
On the back of its capital structure review, Seatrium is also proposing to undertake a 20-for-1 share consolidation exercise to &ldquo increase market interest and attractiveness in its listed shares&rdquo .
