i think everyone enjoys more work flexibility wherever you are if your work is done nicely and in time. Some jobs can be done remotely as good (if not better) as in the office, but for some work you have to be in an office

Not really. On the list only Amazon, Goldman and Musk' s companies are full time five day weeks. Everyone else is hybrid. I understand Blackrock for instance allows you to take as many holidays as you want so long as you fulfill your workload requirements.

none of the US office reits price recovery were supported by fundamental development (stabilised occupancy, recovery of property income and resumption of distribution). So any fall back can be more than just profit taking.. its still a bet.
