Moving back to 4.00... 

 

Sad to say this,... planes are getting more technologically advanced, MRO revenues are not going to get any better soon. Fleets are getting smaller, ... Thiscounter is going the direction of SIA. The pattern of operation and trend is going the way of SingPost, which has mail volumes dropping. But SingPost is able to transform itself, and looks to be succeeding in doing so. SingPOst has even incaresed its dpu last month from 6.25 cts to 7.00 cts per year. 

I don' t really see SIAEC starting to do anything about transforming itself. And SIAEC' s final dividend dropped by 10 cts y-o-y, announced on May 13.

 

1st Q results are out, tomorrow sure go down lo ...... 

 

This stock moves like turtle. 

 

Good move lah.   Looking @ 3.48~

 

Bought for long term. Collect dividend and wait and see coming quarter result.

The contract lasts for five years, with an option to extend it for another year. The agreement will cover maintenance, repair and overhaul as well as fleet management services for SilkAir's fleet of A319 and A320 aircraft. The contract is not expected to have any material impact on SIA Engineering's financial performance in fiscal 2016.
