The down trend for today seems to be over
But likely to continue to drop further tomorrow

Relac la, calm now... if you are burning your own furniture, you will also bring down your whole house. If you attacking your own stocks, you are the one losing.... later I will tell you why it is a good offer for both MNACT and MCT. Whether a deal is good or bad, the perception is what the black market want to make it what it would be. Come on, they are playing this type of game all the time..... Now they are saying the price is attractive enough.... believe or not, up to you...

Given the market price of MCT post announcement, I think the market agrees with those, including myself, that this is a bad deal. I will vote no when it comes. |

In case you guys don' t know, @ $1.81, stock is trading at well below its projected post merger NAV price. I think that' s as far as the insiders will allow it to go.
The black market is having a close observation interest..... Now if you are a shareholder of both MCT and MNACT, it makes really profitable sense, for you as a MNACT shareholder to take the units conversion and cash option, and with the cash, you can buy into MCT now at current price, and you will find you end up with much more MCT shares, then if you will to take the full unit conversion option..... hurry, GSS ending soon... coffee shop uncles said one! |

losses for some (me) are wins for others I suppose I can only hope the merger is not successful (FAT hope) and that the price will crawl back up.
NAV only 1.73 , so has room to drop more
