Very likely to gap up tomorrow.
The koreans got in at 8c. There' s no reason why it should stay at this level after injecting all the new businesses. Expect to break 10c very soon.

Asiamedic management has shown to be weak and inconsistent over the years. I have been avoiding it. Lets hope for a management refresh.

Post issuing of new shares to Ellium, Ellium will own 57% of Asiamedic, and Luye will own only 12% of Asiamedic. Minority shareholders will be getting out soon?
If asiamedic chiong up before deal.complete...lots of shareholders sure kpkb that luye got many shares at 8c. So keep below 8c...noone will kpkb..everyone happy...lol buy at 6c...sell at 8c. .lol

With the sale of LuyeEllium to Asiamedic and paid for by more AM shares ,the reshuffling of   assets are now denominated in Sing$. This is one way of moving out of CNY into S$. This whole exercise is
mainly to reduce exposure to CNY for Luye group ........DYOHW

If LuyeEllium so good, why sell to Asiamedic.
Luye used to own 70% of LuyeEllium, and Luye only owns 28% of Asiamedic.
So post transaction, Luye ONLY OWNS 20% of LuyeEllium (deemed interest).
Good for Asiamedic meh?
Few things need to take note....1) co may still in red. 2) possible share cons 3)..left and right hand transaction...4) luye may use asiamedic to take over more companies from them or outside...(take times) 5)expect stock to trade in a range unless more good news 6) ceo still around...lol
This acquisition will be positive for the group in terms of earnings. Very likely it will follow Sing Medical and blast up eventually.
I think next stop will be 10c.
