There was a Business Times artcile (13 Dec 2018)  on Keppel-KBS Reit. Hopefully this reit builds up good track record to deliver good dividend to unit holders and no more right issue in the medium term.

Looks like nobody wants the rights... first time, in so many oversubscribe exercises, I got 100% of the rights I oversubscribed.

=USD$0.0508
9 November 2017 to 30 September 2018 = 10.67 months
Estimate 12 months dpu would be (0.0508/10.67)x12 = 0.0571
Estimate yield at closed price 0.58 will be 0.0571/0.58 = 9.85%
I think that' s pretty awesome 
 
In the recent acquisition plans, ie for ' Maitland Promenande 1' , the following filing was provided to the SGX :-

On page 5 of the above filing, the DPU estimated after adusting for the effects of the acquisition of the Westpark Portfolio and the Rights Issue is 4.96 US Cents.
Prior to the Westpark acquisition, the dpu was 6 US Cts. I estimated the dpu to be at 5.56 US Cts after the Westpark acquisition and  post-Rights Issue Offering. Now I see 4.96 US Cts.
Such a big drop from 6.00 US Cts to 4.96 US Cts for Westpark ?

Yeah,... managed to sell-off my Rights last Friday morning  at USD 0.48 each,...highest price reached was USD 0.52,... quickly sold-off, hence did not queue and queue anymore !
Since share price may go down further, not worth exercising your right. Better reserve your cash, just in case.
Well,... at this stage, I am not forking out anymore funds first,... maybe after the coming acquisition if the forecasts for dpu-accretion, etc are better,... let it drop further first.

Thank you very much, Laksaman,... if I sell my unit Rights, the amount I will generate is far below the minimum brokerage required to be paid,... what can I do, bros ?
