Just to share my two cents as a someone who heavily invests in REITS. The market is always forward looking, especially for asset rich stocks. The price was going up taking into account not only the 50BPS cut that just took place but further 2 rate cuts that may happen, depending on data. Now there is pull back as the market needs confirmations of the next rate cut but its still not convinced. I believe touching 130 and above is not possible for the next until the next CPI is out and it confirms another rate cut. But i may be wrong and i hope i am as i love to see REITS go higher.
