Why dont the funds sell their shares slowly throughout the day? Why they just dump their shares at the last minute?

Funds dumping?? What' s is going on
Can someone explain to me? They can easily sell SATS at 2.76 or 2.75 towards closing. Why did they sell at 2.66? Luckily i queued at 2.73 and got it at 2.66 at closing.
Why price crash
