why crash today??
Share ur view. Govt actually is moderating the px for rich to buy cheaper. They can hold anyway. N in a tiny land-hungry country, even a kid can tell that investing in property is a sure-win bet. If not why is even SPH, a media giant hurt in a big way by digital disruption, betting that clutching at the property straw metaphorically speaking is the sure way to clawing back to the top.

did govt release more land at cheaper prices to boost demand? govt dont want to crash the market, only want to maintain. Those who need house, just have to rightsize instead of stretching.. rich enough, don bother abt the stamp duty in the first place and will be factored into their future selling price anyway.
so, to u is dead but to others, is a signal that the price is nt gg up or down. No need wait in sidelines for more unexpected cooling measures.Certainty is better.

wonder how many shares can CDL buyback from the share buyback program before breaching freefloat ruling.. Top 20 shareholders already account for 91+%.. Need 90m to buy back 1% of shares.. Nt a matter of how much $ is needed, but rather e allowed %. I don' t think they will stop at 0.1% currently personally. For them to issue a statement to trumpet about the share buyback.. Likely range to be close to 0.5% in my opinion.

The DC announced last Friday night affects property counters.
Not a good sign.... broke new low today from previous low 9.16. Observe for a week to see where it ends.
Any idea what happen to the drop today
