Q3 result is around 7-11-18, hope it show good result and the share move up above $9
Vested 3 lot at $8.66 and it drop to $8.10 when Dow drop 840 point
Wrong timing to buy by a few days after Interest rate already annonce and all know that Dec-18 will be another round of increase rate 0.25%
Market is hard to know and play even the analyst TG is above $10

Perhaps best exercise extra care.  We don' t know what the devils are gonna do over the next few days.  For me, probably this one cld drop to < 8 ..... or even 7.  DYODD though.

Haha, I don' t mind sharing .... it' s DBS.  So now u know why div is 1.20 a share.  They are performing fine.  NIM shd inch up closer to 1.9%.  So, I guess those who are driven scared stiff by some funny idiotic posts here, they may want to do their own assessments.

Two yrs ago, I was paying 1.48.  Now it' s 2.9, 100% more.  Inerest will go up if global rates go up.  So, when rates go up, h/loans will have to follow suit.  Ard yr 2000, my housing loan was abt 4%.  So, we still got some way to go.

Think now treasury yields competing with oil see who up faster.  Looks like treasury yield is winning for the moment.  So,housing loan rates are also moving up.  Just got my latest notification from my bk.  This is excuse to keep pushing property counters down.  Of course the cooling measures are also causing property counters to be range bound too.

Bought 3 lot at $8.66 ( $$$ after sell GAR ) , seen the price at  $8.65 volume 227k  and it  look like it have hit the resistance

Buy when nobody interest and sell when everyone is interested, now $8.68

Patience  is the game ........  a lot  of people  say it will drop to $8. In stock market Nobody  will  know  when  is the bottom price

I seem to think that after the CEO opened his big mouth to say, " I see a lot of value in our shares" when commenting on the coy' s share buybacks, the px declines became more obvious.  But u are right that the volatility creates good trading opportunities.
