Personally I agree that price should not fall below $1.91.
On the other hand if you look at the weekly chart and you draw a line touching the peaks of the candlestick from August to present, the trendline is downward unless it breaks above to $2.10. That' s my caution/

There was another batch (or similar ... not quite sure) that was listed on 2 Nov at the issue price of 2.027. I believe the price will go higher as this batched was issued at $2.207 and its quite a big batch (148,000 lots).

From Chart (any Chart expert, pls correct me if i am wrong), it does seem that $2 is the first support and 1.95 is the second support and 1.92 is the third support. As long as these supports are not broken, i am not worried.
The placement was done at 2.01 or 2.02 (i couldn' t remember) lately .... so .... i think it will go up north ...

Why? From chart, it looks ok .... and as SMA20 has crossed up SMA60, it does look to go upward.

SMA20 has crossed up SMA60. This is a crucial step to turn bearish tend back to bullish track. 
  $2.10 level is the key benchmark. Hope it will reach there in the next 1 to 2 weeks. Then SMA60 and SMA120 will be turned upwards also respectively.

MLT climbed up step by step. SMA5, SMA10 and SMA20 are all facing northeast. If price crosses up $2.06 level, both SMA60 and SMA120 will be turned upwards. Hopefylly to see this happen in one week time. If price could climb to $2.10 level.

Good to see price climbed above the subscription price of $1.99 finally today. Although it crossed up SMA60 also, it hasn' t turned SMA60 upwards, as SMA60 deduction price is still at $2.06 level and will be around there in the next 2 weeks.
SMA120 deduction price will seasaw around $2.03 level in the next 9 trading days, and then climbs to the peak.
Ideal scenario is that price climbs to $2.10 level in the next 2 weeks, so atfer SMA120 and SMA60 deduction price climbs to the peak, bullish trend will form by all short-term SMAs crossing up long-term SMA again.  Then a new high can be expected.

Mapletree Logistics Trust acquires new logistics facility in Japan
 
MAPLETREE Logistics Trust (MLT) has acquired a newly built freehold logistics facility in Hiroshima, Japan for 6.37 billion yen (S$82.1 million), the trust manager announced on Monday.
 
Completed in November 2020, Higashi Hiroshima Centre is a two-storey single-block dry logistics facility with a total gross floor area of 26,948 square metres (sq m) sited on freehold land of approximately 85,660 sq m. It is located in the Shiwa industrial and logistics cluster, an established industrial and logistics park, and is adjacent to the Sanyo Expressway, which provides access to Hiroshima city centre and Hiroshima Airport.
 
The property was acquired through the transfer of real estate trust beneficiary interest from the vendor, Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation.
 
The acquisition will be funded by debt, and is expected to be accretive at the distribution level. It is expected to generate a stabilised net property income yield of 4.5 per cent, based on the property purchase price of 6.37 billion yen.
 
One-third of the facility' s lettable area is leased for five years to a domestic third-party logistics player serving prominent industrial end users, major convenience stores and supermarket chains.
 
The trust manager said the property is expected to enjoy healthy leasing demand from logistics customers, as it is strategically located in an area where the supply of modern warehouse facilities is limited due to mountainous terrain.
REITs are seeing an inflow of funds. Might be the vaccine logistic play.

Jan 2nd week announcement of q4 results and CD. Suspect BBs parking funds there for the next 2 weeks as they don' t Want any surprises over the Xmas and New Year weekends.

DBS's target price is $2.35.. this could be the reason?
Price moving sideways for a few days now. Started to head into positive territory. I also see volume up slightly. BBs returning to reits? Or pure window dressing to park their $ in safe waters before new year? 
Definitely because of the cold storage facilities they owned at fishery port.
