I have to warm you guys, the black market target is much higher than this, otherwise the stock won' t have moved so much this pass one month, and the trading is by the ten of millions. Mickey Mouse doesn' t buy or sell in so much.
RHB ups Golden Agri TP to 30 cents on widening tax differential advantage
RHB Securities has turned more optimistic on Golden Agri-Resources as it expects the palm oil company to continue to gain from a widening tax differential.
The brokerage has raised its target price for the stock to 30 cents from 25 cents previously. It has kept its &ldquo trading buy&rdquo call for the stock.
According to RHB, Golden Agri should be able to direct more of its crude palm oil (CPO) output to its downstream division to benefit from the tax differential between upstream and downstream products.
It points out that the export levy and tax on CPO in May is at US$399.00 ($531.64) a tonne, while that for refined palm oil is at US$232.50 a tonne.
With the tax differential at US$166.50 a tonne, Golden Agri&rsquo s downstream division will be able to benefit with higher margins, it says.
Moreover, the downstream division will see contributions from new biodiesel capacity in 2H2021.
&ldquo We believe Golden Agri is well-placed to benefit from the continued strength in CPO prices, as well as the widening tax differential between upstream and downstream products in Indonesia,&rdquo the RHB Singapore research team writes in a May 4 report.

With Malaysian palm oil futures traded above RM 4,000 per ton, the only direction for Golden Agri is upwards. Further more GAR is releasing Q1 result on the 12th May' 21, and according to the sustained demand from the CPO price chart below, GAR will likely present a set of very good result.

Hi I am new here.. i see a long term recovery as bottom have finish. does anyone have the same view?
You can see that when the whole market is burning, this one is still holding very welll, there has to be something brewing very nicely.

Good stock. Worth to buy more for retirement.
Very impressive today, in spite of relentless effort by shorties to close it down, the stock closed
at its day highest at 0.25, with more than 600,000 done at the matching period.

Aku beli sikit. Stock bagus.
While everyone is focusing on Wilmar ( I have tons of it by the way), which is crawling like a turtle nowadays, this palm tree is swinging in the sunny breeze. People didn' t realise it' s up another 4.5 % today. Lobster target Is above 30 although black market is calling out much higher.

I m surprised nobody has an interest in this stock. Although it has been hitting big volumes every week, it is still considered very much under the radar.
