sgx rule say so.....minimum 20c for major share issues....for this case..they issue 8c to the vendor...so at least 2.5 to 1.......can refer to terratech rto as an example....fyi

Looks like asiamedic will turn from a caterpillar to a butterfly very soon. Superb deal for the shareholders. Company will be a highly profitable one after the acquisition and poised to scale and make more acquisitions like Sing medical.
Collecting from all the weak holders.. 4pm+ might have mad rush as people want to get into it near the consideration price of 0.08... my own view... dyodd
That' s why i say at current price of 8c, it' s a total no-brainer!

Yeah. Brought at 75 last month and sold off 84. Missed the big run in. Shall enter again at whatever price.
This play is very similar to sing medical. Last time they pumped in new biz into sing medical and pushed it from 18c to now 58c.
Asiamedic is only just starting. Watch the show guys.
