before it comes back, it must settle all debts...... if it can't, it ceases to function as a company. Who wants to do business with a company that cannot settle it's dues? it will then go under judicial management. the process of winding up takes years and shareholders will be left frustrated. That is the reality. Closing our eyes to it does not make reality disappear ! Neither does retreating to a cave help ... Only selling will help recover some losses. Is it too late??
