Keppel KBS' dpu of 1.50c CAN BE REDUCED in this quarter and the payout can be lower at the end of Q2 if an EFR that reduces dpu is performed in 2Q19. The ann' ts of Q1 and Q3 dpu' s for KKBS US REIT are not fixed.

Q1 dpu is paid out together with Q2 dpu, and normally paid out in the September-month of the year.

Really ' scared' of their next acquisition,... when the acquisition comes, funding will be required, and if an EFR is done, be it placement and/or Rights Issue, chances are the dpu may be hammered down further,....

As of now, without an acquisition yet, the annualised dpu for 2019 is estimated by myself to be AT LEAST 5 US Cents. I welcome comments to the estimation of mine,...

How can one invest in REITs to be nervous of the REIT manager' s acquisition ? Acquisitions should be welcomed, right ???

=USD$0.0508


9 November 2017 to 30 September 2018 = 10.67 months
Estimate 12 months dpu would be (0.0508/10.67)x12 = 0.0571
Estimate yield at closed price 0.58 will be 0.0571/0.58 = 9.85%
