Hmm,... bros,... the New Unit price here is below $1.00. According to the earlier documents, if the New Unit price is below $1.00, this cquisition is no more dpu-accretive. Isn' t this  a problem, or did I miss something ?

For CPF - inform the institution concerned  abt this Rights Issue, and ensure you have funds  available to subscribe.
For normal trading - follow the instructions given in the circular. Basically, you have to have funds available in  ur bank acct, then press at the ATM to subscribe.

FLT raises S$329m in private placement more than 3.9 times subscribed
THU, MAY 10, 2018 - 8:24 AM
FRASERS Logistics & Industrial Asset Management, manager of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT), announced that FLT has successfully raised S$329 million in gross proceeds through a private placement overnight which was 3.9 times covered.
It saw some 333.2 million units placed at an issue price of S$0.987 per unit, representing a discount of 5.4 per cent to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of S$1.0433 per unit of trades executed on the Singapore Exchange for the full market day  on May 9, 2018.
The placement was part of FLT' s latest round of equity fundraising, with the other part being a  pro-rata and non-renounceable one-for-ten preferential offering exercise to existing unitholders, consisting of 152.15 million new units priced between S$0.942 and S$0.967, to be launched on May 23.
The preferential offering is at a 7.3 discount to the VWAP of S$1.0433 per unit on May 9, and aims to raise gross proceeds of between S$143.3 million and S$147.1 million.

Must say - I think the Management is doing the right thing by minorities.  Did not overwhelm with a huge rights, as some retirees may be cash strapped, and gave at reasonable prices.  Everyone gets something. Also, Fraser Group took up a large chunk? So they will be very vested now.
Thank you.. info helpful

Thanks to the lady that pressed the CEO on making sure the unit offer to the unit holder must be lower than the private placement during the EGM. CEO kept the promise and i think is good deal for existing unit holder.

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust: No surprises in 2QFY18

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust&rsquo s (FLT) 2QFY18 results came in within our expectations. DPU in SGD terms grew 3.4% YoY to 1.81 S cents due to a currency hedge rate of A$1: S$1.0647 which FLT entered into (2QFY17: A$1: S$1.0014). There were three leases renewed/signed in 2QFY18. Although rental reversions were negative at 7.3%, the three leases carry annual rent increments of 3.15%-3.25%, while two of the leases have long tenure of 7.1 and 10 years, thus providing visibility. Occupancy continues to be high at 99.4%, while WALE is healthy at 6.75 years. As FLT has a policy of hedging its FX on a rolling six months basis, we believe its currency hedges rate for its 2HFY18 distributions are likely to come in lower than its 1HFY18 hedges. We now incorporate a weaker AUD-SGD assumption in our model (FY19-FY22F: A$1: S$1.01). Correspondingly, our fair value declines to S$1.21 from S$1.25. As of the closing price on 8 May, FLT is offering an attractive FY18F distribution yield of 7.0%. Maintain BUY.
Looks to be it,... but don' t have the mechanics of how this works,.. should have asked then yesterday morning,....
Think they " like" the dividend but the whole Forex on earnings  matter,  the merits of Euro acquisition plus  the Rights issue weigh on BBs/investors.  I think long term FLIT is in the right direction - short term  can always  be something else and may not appeal to all investors.
