gone quiet all of a sudden?
I think the " Disposal" will come first. Then someone taking a signification interest (change of control) - RTO??
Then shareholders will be HUAT HUAT HUAT!!!
Well, have to assume on two sided of information.
1. According to his previous announcemnt on " Disposal" , the due date should be around 6 October 2016, based on its estimated completion within 4 months from their previous announcment made on 6 June 2016, or
2. Based on his 8 Sept 2016 announcement last week only if it materialise in this recent announcement made last week.

However, the Company wishes to inform Shareholders that it has been approached by an unrelated third party indicating, on a preliminary basis, an intention to consider taking a significant interest in the Company that may result in a change of control. The Company is currently reaching out to the said party to clarify its intention. As there is no assurance or certainty that any transaction will materalise, Shareholders and potential investors should consult their stock brokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisors if they have any doubt about the actions they should take, if any. |
