While there were some headwinds faced by the business, the  causes of the reported loss were due in part to the non-recurring property renovation and mopre significantly the accounting treatment of the impending disposal of CZ business.  The balance sheet as it stands looks healthy and the NAV is still strong at 15.1 cents. The financial health will be boosted by the cash from the sale of CZ. Chasen has also just reported a hefty $34million project wins for this FY. Let the serious investors and traders decide how positive all these are and how much claw back on the drop in the share price prior to the profit guidance made on 17 May. I am staying the course with Chasen. Bro LoudShout - the rules for accounting treatment of discontinued business is not so straightforwad - it is not just adding back the profit back.
Doesn' t matter.
Anyway, since you are so negative on Chasen, you should just sell your holdings (if you are still holding) and look for some profitable companies to invest  in.
