Very likely is point 1. They are too rich, got plenty of money to burn.

Let' s give some small thoughts and some scenerios:
1)CBC and Ms Kum threw in $14 mil and $6 mil, respectively and become major shareholders because they are too rich and this is one good way of burning money.......they know this is a no hope and dying co!!!.......and they discard their warrants.....in the end , they are satisfied because this is a novel way of burning money!!!
2)CBC and Ms Kum have intention to pump and dump and convert their shares and distribute out. Need to pump extreme high price in order that they can covert and sell out considering there are 220 mil warrants oustanding between the 3 or 4 major shareholders. Price need to be HIGH for slow distribution....which will result in steady decline of px to nothingness.Of course, they have 120 days left to achieve this.......and take all investors for a ride.
3) CBC and Ms Kum pumped in a total of $20 mil in the hope that the existing business and their new Green Energy business make a turnaround and become big time business......which I am sure everybody and they themselves think.....FAT HOPE!!!......and what more take a risk with $20 mil buck for such a gamble.
4)CBC and Ms Kum pumped in a total $ 20 mil,one will hunt for funds and the other may consolidate his property businesses into one and list backdoor to become a property counter and hope to become billionaires.....because they bouy tahan seeing a few of their contemporaries and now bosses of Ho Bee, Fragrance and Soilbuild all become billionaires in few short years.

MemstarT, Adventus, all these potential for RTO plays. Think the trio also. Blumont formerly adroit, liongold formerly thinkenv and gsh formerly Jel? Can't remember... I lost quite a bit on Liongold helping support at 6.5cts so yea... Now waiting for bottom then buy again.

Knn u just lost more than 50% overnight, then still dare buy rubbish stocks like that now?
u so sure adventus will not fail like the rest did?
honestly how many RTO can succeed big unless there is a huge investor backing.
Even now, I' m losing more than 40% on this adventus, fast on the bankrupt track liao.

Spivvy, I' m with you. This year feb, i bought Ocean sky at 26c. it dropped suddenly all the way to 17c on the very same day after i bought then it halted.. cant sleep the whole night. The next day opened at 11.5c! Faster sold off before it closed at 9.9c.

Bro,

Bro, u know about rowsley that Peter lim bot? Initially was also empty shell.. Den he inject iskandar project and off it fly from few cents to 30+cents.

And one Angel is telling me to buy Skyone and wait for 50c.....says will go back there!!!......but must wait a while.......Artivision also.......to 18 cts.....

Ok since Addluck mentioned point number 4, I will just hold this rubbish stock & see whether this CBC will RTO his own businesses into adventus and become a property stock or not.

yeah.. from the chart, looks like it will take around 6 months time before it start to rocket up for 3 months by comparing the chart of Vallianz.. from march 2013 to sept 2013, it' s flat.. dec 2012 to feb 2013 it run up like adventus then come down and lay flat till sept 2013.. so most likely next year march onwards, we shall see adventus climbing up for 3 months.. but timeline might be shortened for Adventus if we look at the first burst of adventus compared to first burst of vallianz. Adventus within a month and Vallians over 3 months. So Adventus may remain flat for 2 months. so we might see some action going on in Nov. No wonder some pple only wanna come back in Dec to collect goods..

Moreover, no need wait 6 months so long. U really think will go to 40c meh? U forgot how we thought hankore will go to a dollar & end up wat happen? At the most 20c already a miracle. 10c is just lucky.
The max maybe in the region of 5c - 20c. If really that lucky u get to strike jackpot prize of 18k if u manage to sell at the peak 20c.

Don' t bet on this kinda rubbish stock la no fundamentals. Yur 2k bet on Man U this weekend better, sure win though smaller returns maybe 10-15% depending on opening odds but definitely 100% sure win if u buy Man U on the 1x2.
