Last year april till Jan this year, starhub falls 0.96 (23%) past 4-5months already gains 0.51(16%), 2nd vally almost reach the high of the 1st vally.
will it break?
Yah, Starhub really out-performed last week. I exited early at 3.53 thinking that prices should start to retrace alittle to 3.4, but instead it chionged all the way passed 3.6. Very qiang...
After hit 3.65 today, the sell down from BB is fast and strong and hit it down to 3.62
Support from 3.55 up all look weak, not much depth, over bought confirmed and turn to down trend going forward
If us never end strong tonight, lagi sure drop tomorrow since sti up 3 days already
cheap buy some more, FD only 1.2 -1.5% per year.
if FD 1.5%, 100,000k get 1500 interest /yr.
10 lots(bot 3.3 = 33000) starhub, received 2000/yr dividend.
for same amount 100,000k, get 6000 dividend /yr

Also meant go into oversold region already ... plus STI up 3 days already ... good timing for BB to unload to " chartists" and then collect cheap again

If so, can wait noon or end of today after news spread then price may up some more :) then sell
$60million shorted for the past 3 months. @ average of $3.35. chances of short covering?
Would have to dive deeper into the financials and any deferred Capex though to see if there are any hidden causes..

StarHub Ltd announced its results for the quarter ended 31 March 2016. For the quarter, the Group' s EBITDA increased 13% to S$183 million from S$162 million previously. Correspondingly, EBITDA margin was higher at 33.8% versus 30.0% a year ago. Net profit after tax was also higher by 26% at S$93 million year-on-year. Service revenue was slightly higher YoY at S$542 million while total revenue was 4% lower YoY at S$591 million due to the lower revenue from sale of equipment...
