You will get 3000 YMD shares on 17 Nov, next Monday, either with the new shares being credited into your cdp acc or into your custodian brokerage acc depending on how you acquired your YFH shares. The theoretical indicative unit valuation of this new YMD shares is between $0.60 per share based on the private placement price and its indicative NAV of ~$0.585. You may start to trade these YMD shares wef 18 Nov, likely from 9am onwards unless SGX delays the listing timing.

You are entitled to receive one (1) YZJ Maritime (YZJM) Share on 17 Nov 2025 for every one (1) YZJ Financial Holding (YZJH) Share you held as of yesterday. For example, if YZJM = $0.60, and YZJH = $0.52, you will still have shares that add up to be $1.12.

A 40 cents per year dividend feels like a distant dream for me. I will be very happy just to see a 4 cents annual dividend for now  .

Yes, at least from the look of today' s situation.
If Maritime can open at 60c or maybe slightly above, means market accepting the combined NAV of 1.12.

Fingers Crossed! I looked at YZJ Shipbuilding history. From 1.00+ drop to 50c? Then split YZJ Fin. And then the shipbuilding one sail-up higher and higher to now 3.00++
Regretted that I have no guts going for it. Else....
Now I see YZJ Fin also like that so I go for it. Hopefully another sailing up happens in 1 yr time.
