Shortists are unhappy. They will short sell again this morning

wow, thermal making new peaks by the days. will not be surprise geo up few bids tdy, break 65c barrier, in preparation of surging prices in coming qtrs.
thermal coal selling at 64, and production cost at 34.1, means every ton 29.9usd profit.
at 12.5mil tons prod target for 2026 means profit 373.75mil usd from thermal. with coking coal and hiway toll collection, profit before tax easily 600-700mil usd.
but as usual kateds supp price like ytd, but end up cover at pc.
just opnn, dyodd.

M42 now USD 64.00 up 45 cents. With the M42 up and together with the AGM tomorrow, Geo definitely will rise.

Shortists keep selling. If we do not follow them, the price would never drop. Stay calm and don't panic, and in the end they will have to cover their short selling. Do not fall into the shortists trap
It's a rare opportunity to load at bargain prices. Those panic sell at 61 and below would have regretted being play out by the shortists

I loaded at 15,000 shares at 60.5
Despite all the positive hypes, this company price is
quite unstable.

The reason for the drop is probably due to the media talking about the 60 countries using more clean energy than fossil fuel. But this is not new, but coal has gone thru difficult time especially the Iran war where more countries resorting to using more coal. As you mentioned coal prices has been up since early January and the expect Q1 results expected to be very good with higher dividends. So let's not be fear by today's drop. It is just the work done by shortists

u could be rt. but at current poor sentiment last few days in geo, guess any push up immediately after agm 2molo might be minor.
but it is the push after 1q result that will likely give better benefit, as report likely would show big jump in coy earnings due to better m42 thermal price, and nearer completion of other money making projects. current shorted price of 60c could be a rare opp to pick cheap just b4 better otw events

It could be a push down by BBs to scare away the contra players so that they could accumulate it at cheaper prices and push up again after the AGM.
