the catalyst for MUST is more of dispoable of assets (still a distance away from the required disposing schedule) than interest rate.
ya la..if can hold no issues.. nov no cut.. dec also will cut.. matter of time only..

cuts are also good for the elections :-) anyway, time is more important in the market, they will eventually be cut and then reits will move up
