SeD IR replied all questions.
Dear Greg,
Please refer below for our responses to your questions posted prior to Alset International Limited&rsquo s (f.k.a. Singapore eDevelopment Limited) 9 September 2020 EGM.

We would like to highlight that only responses to questions pertaining to the subject matter of the 9 September EGM were announced publicly on SGXNet.

Thank you.

Shareholder Questions:

Responses to Q (i) & (ii)
·                 Impact BioMedical, Inc. (&ldquo Impact BioMedical&rdquo ) recently announced that its pipeline innovations, namely Equivir, Linebacker and 3F Biofragrance had proved in-vitro success against COVID-19 in independent laboratory testing. These in-vitro results also confirmed predictions of earlier conducted computational molecular docking studies (utilising advanced computational models) which showed that Equivir, Linebacker and components of 3F Biofragrance had successfully inhibited infection of SARS-Cov-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19.
·                 While these positive early-stage findings highlight the robust potential of Equivir, Linebacker and 3F Biofragrance to provide meaningful and practical solutions to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the Group would like to highlight that it requires a considerable amount of investment, funding and time to bring drugs from the pre-clinical stage of testing to commercialisation. Hence, the current intention and objective of Impact BioMedical is to establish strong novel research data for its portfolio of biomedical assets, which will then be further developed and licensed to a major pharmaceutical company for integration and eventual deployment as treatments for diseases.
·                 As preliminary discussions with various pharmaceutical companies relating to the licensing of these biomedical assets are ongoing, updates to shareholders on the progress of these discussions will be announced publicly via SGXNet as and when there are material developments.
Response to Q (iii)
·                 While the trading of shares and/or the execution of financial derivatives such as warrants held by individuals (including Mr Chan Heng Fai and associates) are not within the influence or control of the Company, Mr Chan Heng Fai, Executive Chairman of Singapore eDevelopment Limited (&ldquo SeD&rdquo ) has consistently engaged in buybacks since he joined the Board in 2013, and has amassed a majority shareholding interest in the Company&rsquo s outstanding shares to-date. Mr Chan Heng Fai has over the years conducted these buybacks as a pledge of confidence in the Company and belief in management&rsquo s ability to drive growth and profitability over the long-term.
·                 As a controlling shareholder and having significantly invested his own personal funds to rebuild and restructure the Company, it remains in Mr Chan Heng Fai&rsquo s best interest to continue engaging in corporate and business initiatives that maximises long-term shareholder value.

Shareholder Questions:

- Are there any updates on the Commercialization of Equivir/Linebacker by any big Pharma companies (what stage are the discussions at)?
- Are there any updates on the Commercialization of 3F Bio-fragrance by Chemia Corporation? Is it possible to have an update if we can have a product like ISDN' s spray for surfaces soon?
- Why is Mr Chan and/or his associates constantly doing these two things: (a) Selling LARGE volumes of share price, (b) Exercising Cheap Large Amount of Warrants at 4 Cents to Continue to sell and suppress the share price? How' s the Interest of Minority Shareholders ALIGNED with Mr Chan and his associates?
- What does Mr Chan' s son OFFER to SeD that we need to grant/approve his Employee/Director Shares to him? It seems like the shares we shareholders grant are going to be SOLD again so Mr Chan and related parties can benefit? Can you explain clearly what his SON can offer and bring value to the Company to JUSTIFY the share issuance or performance shares issuance?  Note, a strong number of minority shareholders intend to vote against UNLESS Mr Chan gives us an answer before the meeting.

Response to Q (iv)
- The rationale and justification for the Proposed Participation by Mr Chan Tung Moe in the Singapore eDevelopment Limited Performance Share Plan and the Proposed Grant of Share Awards to Mr Chan Tung Moe under the Singapore eDevelopment Limited Performance Share Plan have been set out in Section 3.2 and Section 4.3 of the 9 September EGM Circular.
- The responses to this question have also been set out within the Company&rsquo s announcement &lsquo Responses to questions received for EGM to be held on 09 September 2020&rsquo published on 4 September 2020.

Most counters no power to rally. Just holding to current prices. All like waiting for STI to turn more red before new selldown starts. Looks like STi already forgotten how to turn green. Been red for so many days.
Hmmm...enter. Aldy huh...~lol
