The work of the future is not in a particular place, but in people. And people are mobile and will work from anywhere! Be it home, office or on the streets or on a bus.
Where do I work?
EVERYWHERE!
Even in a car.
On the go!
Need office?
No need lah... ... Subway can be my ' office' , Botanical Gardens can be my ' office' . As long as I don' t need to have heavy set up. Same with commercial/retail. 
This is the new business economy. We oldies have to adapt also.

think office market divided into different grade. those grade a will always command a premium.
wfh can work out? short term can, some business can. long term not quite workable for most as bosses will soon lost track of things. lost trade secret etc.
it will coexist some wfh, some work from office and mix timing.
some business already doing that even before covid. 
sell down of cmt is fierce now. want to buy but will wait for cheaper price.
