No news on when this will be released from halt ?
Boring..... no new updates...
I' m hoping to cash out. Moving on to other counter. Don' t know what skeletons will come out of the closet. I' m sure in the coming days there will be more info. Hopefully they remove the halt today so investors can react before news comes out. Good Luck.

Oh dear
In an SGX filing, IHC said: " When members of the Interim Transition Committee and Data Management Corporation Pte Ltd arrived at the Company' s premises at 2 Leng Kee Road, Thye Hong Centre, Singapore, at around 8:20 pm, Ms Lim Beng Choo was seen leaving the premises with her computer and some documents."

Will the new board try to prop up the price of the shares when trading resumes?
Anybody' s Guess ... I' m staying away, just watching only

IHC files police report against ousted executive director
Wednesday, January 25, 2017 - 05:50
Singapore
FOLLOWING the results of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that saw the removal of the entire board of International Healthway Corporation (IHC), a police report was filed against Lim Beng Choo, who was ousted as executive director.
The executive functions and powers of Ms Lim, in respect of all executive appointments with IHC and its subsidiaries, had been suspended, and she has been directed to render assistance to the board of directors, the Interim Transition Committee or their appointed representatives.

She is among four board directors who were voted by shareholders to be removed on Monday, along with chairman Gerald Lim, Alviedo Rodolfo Jr San Miguel and Leonard Chia.

The Interim Transition Committee, comprising newly appointed board director Jackson Tay Eng Kiat and newly appointed general manager Foo Yong How, has been tasked to prepare a report to the board of directors on IHC' s financial position, business and operational status, status of legal proceedings, as well as any other issues or areas of concern.
To complement the Interim Transition Committee' s review of the company' s affairs, Data Management Corporation has been appointed to conduct an internal audit of the affairs of the company. They have been tasked to " protect, secure and preserve" IHC' s records and financial information.
IHC requested a trading halt on Tuesday. Its shares closed 0.1 Singapore cent lower at S$0.067 on Monday, its last full day of trading.
Trading halt max 3 days. Should be susp thereafter.
Kateks on standby, but only left 2 trading days before CNY.
Waiting for the show....

In a rare event in the history of listed companies in Singapore, the entire board of International Healthway Corp (IHC) was booted out at an EGM requisitioned by dissenting shareholders Eric Low and Audrey Low.
Out went: chairman Gerald Lim Thien Su, Lim Beng Choo, Alviedo Rodolfo Jr san Miguel and Leonard Chia.
In came:  Roger Tan Chade Phang (CEO of Voyage Research), Eric Sho Kian Hin (independent director of QT Vascular) and Jackson Tay Eng Kiat (Operation Director of Hafary Holdings).
OUE  announced  it had acquired 208 million shares, or 12.54%, of IHC for 7.7 cents a share. That' s S$16 million worth.
more interested to see if anyone will be referred to CAD...
So what will happen if they found worms?

Hi,
I am new to IHC and i have been trying to understand the relationship with IHC and Healthway Group.
Also , why are the board members fighting and now suing each other ? Seems like they were old colleagues in Healthway Group.
Is likely to do house cleaning n can find alot of dirt items inside the closet.

i doubt will resume trading so fast. New board in place, have to furnish new strategy for company, financing, mgt etc. Old management, not sure what they will do though to hand over matters.
Congrats to all who vested, seems like brighter days ahead.

Heathway be an in an interest counter for the new board of director in IHC, to consider for taking over? (Today. Healthway is up +0.003c or 8.8% to 0.037c on volume of 25.7 mil shr changing hands)0.
As new board may seek new value n divesting as proposal suggested by Quarz Cap mgt n with the recently buy up by OUE.
Both are strong backer of new IHC board, together with trio from Oxley team. I think trading can be well defended all round n drop price may not significant
