buy back should not be a continous events. it can happen when there is real big selling to provide market liquidity. shorts are net zero and provide market liquidity. not a concern as long term share holders can be not concerned with their constant offer to buy/sell.  can use future dividend to buy any low ball offer. in that way the inital investment will grow much faster on top of the organic growth without putting in fresh capital.
the 2 strategic investors has a combine 1% convertible bond. so if the buy back up to 1% of shares already has place to go when these convert. buy back can do slowly and cheaply to create max benefits for long term shareholders. shorts will do the hard work to bring down the price.
