buyers at this low price must be ready to hold for some time. it is not about value,it' s about some current share holders wanting to cash out due to their needs etc. until reports gives clearer picture and div it will stay in this low range. current range still 39 to 61. my estimate of financial report date is early aug if it is the same with yzj.

Until then, likely that this stock is very much a retail play as institutional participation is likely to be limited.

No customers how to run business? Customers mainly from China.

I did not say it is a shell company.

FH main business is debt management using it' s own money. I.e. low returns, no equity, just like any bank' s loan department.

It has a small investment arm, also using its own funds. It' s trying to start a non-existent fund and wealth management business that has zero customer at the moment.

When I compared it to a bank, you guys said it is an unfair comparison. Yes, it is unfair because it is an insult to most major banks as most of them now make more money from fund and wealth management.

So if it isn' t a family office for Ren, then what is FH? Tell me who are FH' s customers where they are actively managing their funds

Not sure if anyone might have the answer to this or if this may be picked up from the prospectus - it seems like they are looking to reallocate their onshore funds (recovered from those debt maturities) for offshore investments, wouldn' t that be subject to 10% withholding tax? If so, would that impact the NAV of the company?
