Slightly rise to 63.3M short shares. Alinta Energy acquisition approved at EGM today. No need to worry about coming Fy2025 earning impact limit. As for profoma earning for FY2025 based on Alinta Energy acquisition, it is projected to be 70 cents per share. (PER 8.6x). Focus on robust earning with rich postive operating cash flow of at least 2 billion dollars for next FY2026 and beyond and so stay invested.

SCI is both growth and value stock, even better than some REIT stocks in term of dividend yield. SCI attractive dividend yield is currently about 4.5% since CEO has maintained the high dividend policy. If factor in Alinta Energy with 10.4 GW development plan in the pipeline, the dividend will increase steady every year. |

SCI already said the new acquisition is an accretive one, and immediate impact somemore. Today, markets down + Fri, contra players existing.
At current price, institution big boys are collecting. To sell now is a wrong move. My target $7 minimum.
