Rex is considered dirt cheap now. The price was beaten down to this level because everyone thought the company GG liao and will be suspended soon.
Now that bondholders support, a proper restructuring can take place and this risk is no longer on the table.
The stock dropped from 20c to 6.7c now. All the risk has been priced in liao.
At current oil price, they' re actually making good money. Remember they have a huge tanker full of oil from Benin to be sold very soon.
I think the market has over-reacted for Rex. Especially now that the risk is off the table.
