To me: 
We can get above 3% interest with fix deposit easily currently, dividend is not the key factor.
I like to bought and hold YZH FH because  
    A) The huge discount (refer to current assets)
    B) They are  almost debt free, no leverage, can get benefits with higher interest rate,
    C)  lower risk, with higher interest, a lot of company are fighting for survival, and YZJ YH is fighting how to make their money work hard.
   
of course, will feel much   better if can get higher dividend.

 

What is the dividend percentage if share price is above 40?
Not attractive, right?
Likely to stay below 40 until a better dividend next year.
Good prospect?
