I agree, Sir. I also feel, as Venture mentions in its outlook statement, that they will benefit from supply chain shifts out of a " certain geographic region" , i.e., China. New business opportunities for their Southeast Asia plants will present itself.

Came across the term " Asset Enhancement" in OUE commercial trust when it plans to do a major renovation.

Incidently, Venture' s 14.37 - 14.45 gap during the 2020 low point, when it surged up, has been covered last week, so this likely is a new bull and just beginning only starting from 14.37...from the high of 15.05, now pulling back to retest the break out wedge, this should be a wave 2 pull back...now waitng for a big volume spike signal to confirm the low of w2 is in...as shares are changed hand = large volume, also accum buying...

Friday report likely will be bad, so bad news bad selling ahead now, when report out this Friday, reaction on Monday likely would do the opposite and reversal up instead...bcos already priced in leow this week, thus this week is accum buying....am waitng for you to do the back testing of the break out wedge...estimate around the 14.55 region...see if it touched today or tmr...14.58 already touched...but i greedy lah, waitng for a bit more lower...hehe
