Mkt may goes down if Biden wins. Judging from what he says, theres a possibly of lockdowns to control covid while Trump insists on living with the virus. Not saying who is right or wrong.
May be wait till friday or after election to see market sentiment. Seems like market still going to drop

Alternatively was thinking to abit for all 3

No lah, they will take it off tech stocks in US (not SG reits) to raise money for that.

There just is no direct correlation between phase three and CMT price.

There was big selling pressure in all reits today (this was one of the worse). But no worries. It sank a little today. Will it sink further? Looking at the charts, there is a strong likelihood that it just might fall further. But if you are buying to hold, one gets used to such falls. If you contra, you' d be worried. But set your stops and not wait till you are force sold.
