I have no doubt of the potential buyers power.
What had signed is a non blinding agreement.
Due diligence is just beginning now.
How much the potential buyers know before hand I am not sure.
But SMIC know STI for quite long.
STI has the potential, of course.
It is ASTI directors and management.
I am very surprise forumner know so little of it and think so highly of it.
But this is how it work anyway.

You think Chinese firm has not dine their due diligence and not aware of the earlier almost done deal? It cannot be given that the potential buyer is a reputable
