They still have about $39 mill worth of convertible bonds, if which exercised (why not because the conversion price is a pittance - is almost like a sure win warrant) will add another 600K shares taking the total shares to ~ approx 2.20 Billion. This will reduce NAV to ~0.33-0.34.
There is still a lot of cushion - but this regular conversion in bits & pieces will keep prices from rising significantlt in the short term |
