Actually i would say the alcohol industry is very stable judging from Thaibev expansion to become one of the leaders in SEA and its revenue and net profit growth over the past decade. especially during the lockdown period, not many companies could generate that kind of income. The gov is mulling to scrape afternoon ban sales of alcohol further after extending pub opening hrs already suggested it not against alcohol consumption. When people drink, they tend to spend more.

but however stable and good is a company, it all depends on big money since they had re-rated Thaibev valuation to be much lower than its peers.

Because PE and P/B is lower compared to its peers in this industry, but i agreed if just solely on company alone, then current price is not particularly cheap.
