It means if there are speculative Traders aka prop trades being done ( you can see from the buying volume) and there is significant interest in the stock, and if you happen to buy in and hope they push the price up, don?t hold until 330 or 4 still thinking that they will push the price up for the day. They need time to execute their push and they won?t leave it till the final hour. As a rule of the thumb, sell by 3.30 or usually the price will go down either during the last hour as they distribute to even their gains or will sell the next day. So prices will still fall. Props Traders generally don?t hold stocks for more than 2 days, the day itself and the the next trading day as they do not want to incur interest expense and risk of carrying it to the next day as there might be unknown events.
