I heard from my colleagues that without commuters, they still make money. It is contract rather than fares earn. Is this true ?

Brought some today. Went out for lunch and see public transportation so pack with passengers.

ok thanks.. might be slightly correlated to office sector this one.
Passenger load is getting more by 30% of CB periods. Should be moving up, I guess.
