Seatrium is worth S$6.34 Billions at current market price, Petrobras can easily buy up Seatrium if wanted to. Petrobras can pay 20 to 30% or higher premium for Seatrium. Let TH and other major SHs go and fight for higher price. LOL

The delay confirm becos of pricing factors. Seatrium CEO already made clear during the full year results that on going project bidding must able to be sustainable and profitable. Therefore if able to get, the price will be higher than SCM last bid price. Therefore there is a risk of getting none, but I support as no point bidding at KOM lelong pricing which will lead to future impairment again 😂

Perhaps if they could get the huge FPSO contract before 15th then they can release the news to coincide with the event.

 

Precisely, I don' t expect anything great to be released.

 

Strategic review already announced nothing much... restructure some assets and this 20 to 1 reverse split...
