unlike opec well which is prodn readiness, just turn on / off the tap,
parts and equipments need to be check n replaced before going operation.
but I believe the basic infrastructure is there which will speed up the operation readiness
of production. Times will be needed and of coz key factor is still oil price in 4th Q and 2023,
that depends on individual view.

It takes years for E&P companies to optimise production from existing and New wells. Let the professionals handle the Ops. Just keep your eye on Crude oil prices

Yah, Brent is still strong, US$104.5, konsi eps is 7cents.
But shorties are stronger, otherwise price shd be 54.5 instead of 24.5. Watashortsgx.
